A Never-ending Circle

I have been considering how it would be if a ceremony was held in the round. Just like theatre in the round where the stage is in the middle, why not at a wedding where the guests surround the couple in an intimate embracing hug (figuratively speaking).
In past ceremonies I have eluded to the the symbolism of a circle:
I draw this circle in the sand to represent eternity and the circle of encompassing hope.
The ring, a circle, is one of nature’s simplest forms. The arc of the rainbow, the halo of the moon and the smallest of raindrops simulate the circle. A circle is the symbol of the sun and the earth and the universe.
As the circle turns again unto itself, so does marriage turn unto itself for its refreshment and renewal.

I have also devised a simple ritual which I call ‘Introduction into the Circle’ where a circle is created with flowers or drawn in the sand, this is the sacred place where the couple will make their vows to each other.
A ‘Wedding in the Round’ is an interesting concept and means that more of the guests get a front row seat. I think it would work best if there was only a small wedding party ie; bridesmaid and bestman. It would also help if the celebrant was really, really short…..haha do you like that visual?
